The Bubble project was started by Ji Lee, Google Creative Labs’ Creative Director in New York and has now been expanded to 11 cities around the world by other people.
It’s simple and brilliant.

Kudos to Plug-In Media for pushing the boundaries. This is a great example of Flash, 3D and 2D animation working together.
I came across this on hexachordal’s (Tom Milson) YouTube channel. He’s 19yrs old and as created an 8-bit tune using his Game Boy.
When you get conversations on DailyBooth like this one, I think he might be on to something.
There’s some great insight in this article and some genius interactions.
Well worth a read and a watch. With handsets being crammed full of sensors (the new iPhone will have a compass) it opens up tons of opportunities.
